Tea Topics

Madame Nose Nuthin' -- Our very own tea
leaf reader will read your tea leaves and tell
your fortune (after you give her a few clues as
to what it should be). This tea topic is just for
fun! The lecture includes a history of tea leaf
reading and information about the symbology
used. Perfect for groups who want to have fun!
Madame Nose Nuthin' can be added to any
lecture. She will read tea leaves for your group.
The Many Uses of Tea -- We will explore the
history of tea and its uses in many different
cultures (including Chinese, Middle Eastern
and English). We will also discuss its medicinal
uses and benefits (both tradition and current).
Did you know lemon balm, chamomile and
catnip tea can help with insomnia?
Growing and Using Herbs -- Learn how easy
it is to grow herbs from seeds or cuttings! We'll
discuss the many varied uses of herbs -- both
fresh and dried. Take home some fresh herbs
from Old Sage Farm (seasonal). Did you know
that basil is good for your heart as well as your
brain?
Tea Topics We offer the following lecture options with all of our teas. Choose your favorite from our list or we can create a custom topic for your group!

naturally. Did you know elderberry tea will help
reduce symptoms of the flu and may help you
recover more quickly?
Moonlight Tea -- (weather permitting -- May
through September -- around the full moon)
Stroll through the herb and moon gardens.
Look at the stars, relax and enjoy your friends!
Our tea topic will include information about the
herbs in the garden, how to grow them and use
